Brief feature description.

Curragower falls is found in the heart of Limerick city under the shadow of King John's castle. The falls are formed when the river Shannon drops over a rock ledge at the right tide. On certain flows a 4 foot green standing wave with a nice foam pile forms, this wave is affectionately known as Gower.
